I'm excited to see Lowry and Kawhi finally back together again. Hopefully we don't play lazy and put them away early as they've been playing better recently, and they'll give us a  tough game if we give them any hope early.

I actually hope kyle doesn't play, makes little sense. We will win regardless, if we play well - and he'd get 5 days of rest from Sunday to Friday.

If he's feeling fine, he should play. This is the kind of game where the starting five can work on building chemistry.

given that he was doubtful or worse for Sunday's game, he can't be 100%. Almost certainly he was still in some pain on the weekend, but we really needed him against Indiana.

we have 27 games left against sub .500 teams (out of 40), there'll be tons of time to build chemistry 😉

Chemistry takes a long time as we have witnessed. Every little bit helps, even if Lowry just plays 20 minutes tonight.

I'm so not excited for this game. Damn tankers. At least Hawks have some cool young players but man I don't feel like watching this one at all.

Now, if Raptors could go on and not lose this one that would be great.

health is more important than 20 minutes of chemistry, last thing we want is for him to force it too early only to miss two more weeks. If he's anything less than 100%, I will gladly sacrifice a bit of chemistry building for rest.

I'm not advocating for preventive rest to be clear - only if he still has discomfort.

Lowry won't be playing if he and the team thinks he's hurt or at risk of worsening his injury. Apparently, it's nothing too serious and, as Nurse stated, dependent on Lowry's pain tolerance. Lowry missing 10 out of 11 games indicates to me the team has been ultra-cautious, especially since the last three games he missed he was shooting around during warm-ups and participating in practices. The team, too, has a long-term view, which they've displayed in how they've handled Leonard, Ibaka, and Lowry.

Leonard looks happy playing with Lowry. Always seems more excited to play and full of energy

That's the guy we should get, Vince Carter. I really think he would be perfect in every way for that last addition.

Turnovers, offensive rebounds allowed, three-point shooting, defence - all four elements revealing their ugly heads.
