Sixers get to close out in five but this has been as unimpressive series for presumed contender as I've seen in a long time. Credit to Brooklyn. Sixers hype needs to die, yesterday.

meh, nobody serious is calling them a contender, only the espn clowns. They are clearly a step below the top 3 in the conference. They're closer to Indiana (at full strength) than they are to Toronto/boston/Milwaukee.

they're a dangerous team nevertheless, especially when their 3s are falling.

Who would have thought Boston would be the only team in the east to go 3-0 in the first round? I knew they'd wake up, but that's a statement.

Milwaukee will likely be 3-0 after tonight.

I've been saying for a while that they'd get it together for the playoffs. They're well coached and Kyrie is a big game player. I wasn't sure how losing Smart would effect them but they're deep in the backcourt. I did say him going down might help ease the clutter but I wasn't sure. Next round will be a test for them though. Milwaukee/Boston will be epic imo

Their offense still sucks ass though.

Nothing would be more delicious to me than beating Boston or Milwaukee dominantly. I can't stand either of those teams.

We got pretty lucky with our run to the finals to be real. Orlando was a tough first round match up, and I know Griffin is out, but I was worried about a Casey quarters; too much bad blood leads to too much emotion and not enough cool headedness (and possibly much more physical therefore draining series).

Second round avoiding boston and MW, seeing either philly or Brooklyn looking to be ideal given Embid's stuff.

Come on Nurse. Earn your money and get us to the ECF with ease.

I have new found respect for Jarred Dudley whom I've previously called Elmer J. Fudd of the NBA. Not because of trash talk(calling Ben Simmons average in half court) or pushing and shoving last night. Just the way he fought on both ends, made plays and inspired his teammates. Great job Elmer...I mean Jarred.

What a game that was haha. And Embiid "we are up 3 to 1. We don't want to happen to us what happened to Golden State a few years ago up 3 - 1"

Philly started this game on a 25-3 run over Bkn.  Wow.

Woohoo, finally got one series right, beyond the obvious Milwaukee sweep.

cheap shot by bolden at the end of this one, with the body check into the stanchion.  the conference semis will be rough and tumble.
