What a freakin’ game. Such a bomb blast after slogging away for weeks.

Credit to the Thunder for making it that much more fun. The bottom end of the playoff seedings in the West looks really fun.

So much balance with the Raptors. Take RHJ out of the picture with his 8 minutes, and McCaw’s really good and really bad rollercoaster, and there was just so much maximizing with guys making each other better and contributing very close to equal minutes equal points equal rebounds equal assists. Everything just so wonderfully spread out. OG took a heavier load in minutes, and he also got more usage than normal to my eyes. He was a lot like what we saw from Siakam last season. He did a lot to allow for the overall balance to work, by taking on just a bit bigger role to nicely compliment a full lineup. And Norm’s role off the bench was exactly where I want to see him.

Still a lot to improve upon. Nurse is mentioning that he needs to not let them get overspent by exerting too much energy through early stretches. Just a tweak there with energy management could mean a lot. But in this case there was still a lot of threes and free points from refs. I liked that the comeback wasn’t mounted upon Toronto’s offense flatlining. And there is still a place for Fred to be a huge contributor.

2 AM start is beyond my powers this season. Only saw 15 minute highlights clip and saw some really fun stuff. Great to see Gasol back. SGA is amazingly smooth and fun to watch.

I feel like we're showcasing McCaw for a potential trade.

Sixers need a shooter and a ball handler.

McCaw for Scott

I would also look to trade RHJ while he still has value.

Scott is a shooter. I don’t think I would strongly prefer him in any case. But if I had a team looking for a shooter i would not go - hey look at this guy that hates to shoot - i should trade my shooter for him and say we needed more shooters so we got a weak ass version of Ben Simmons.

McCaw is getting minutes because they have been shorthanded and he has done some good things relative to what he has shown before. I’m sure there was some notion that they needed to build him into another asset of some value as well, but that was only going to get him the sorts of chances that Johnson has had.

I'd really appreciate it if McCaw was just not on the team anymore.

But failing that, please only play him against opposing benches exclusively, and for as few minutes each night as possible. This nonsense has to stop.

I thought mccaw played some decent defence on CP3 and Schroeder and overall moved the ball well. He’s just not a offensive threat at all and pairing him with RHJ is just a disaster lineup. I liked what nurse did staggering Gasols minutes with the bench unit while Lowry sat.

I think the hatred for McCaw is pretty funny. That being said, he shouldn't be getting 25min and he shouldn't be on the court in the final minutes of a close game. No way should he be getting more minutes than Davis, hell he almost played as many minutes as Powell.

Yeah, why would fans not like a player who completely caves in the team every time he steps on the floor?
