Wouldn't want anyone from the Suns for OG.

I’m not sure if Booker’s extension kicked in yet, so I’m ignoring if it works financially. but you’re saying you wouldn’t take booker for OG?

Ross was annoyingly soft and one dimensional. OG seems to be a different kind of player. I believe he will grow into solid two way player (like Ariza or Danny Green) but it is hard to see him becoming a star.

Since Ariza is no longer available, who else should raptors be looking at to make the difference and at what cost?

I don't think Masai will trade for anyone in season, unless something out of the blue presents itself that he can't turn down. I predict he looks to sign a vet player who is waived/bought out after the trade deadline.

Especially Booker.

Ball Don't Lie
We need to trade for Wayne Ellington ASAP. He's barely playing on MIA this year since they have 3 other SG's, and he's a knock down 3 point shooter.

Our 3 point shooting performance in the 4th quarter against Denver was repulsive. We need a shooter off of the bench, and Nurse needs to stagger the starters with the bench when we're that short handed. We cant bleed points because we're relying on an all bench unit with Lorenzo Brown as a primary ball handler and expect to beat Western playoff teams.

Wayne Ellington has been injured at times this season I believe. That's why he hasn't played much. When he came back he found it difficult to get minutes. I'd love to have him here. I wanted him last summer.

Ross would fit amazing with this team and be way more useful than OG. He shooting 40% from 3 this year. can create his own shot. lots of the things we missing from the bench.

I'd love to be able to swap out Miles or Powell for Ross, but I doubt we'd be willing to part with the assets needed to get Orlando to agree to the deal.  Unless maybe they just love Powell and prefer a guy locked in to a pending FA.  Ross would be a great fit as a gunner off the bench who can replicate a lot of what Miles did last year, except with better defence (not great, but better), and a little bit of ability to create offence.

yea but i also told you guys OG would struggle as a PF. Yea he is strong and long but he isnt fast or athletic to take advantage of that stuff when he is smaller. He is better guarding 3s and he is better at offense vs 3s. His post game is way more effective against 3s than 4s. He has physical advantages and doesnt need to rely on speed (he isnt fast) or a first step (he doesnt have a good one) or athleticism (for all the talk about how athletic some people think he is..... seriously?? he is awkward af, he has some decent hops but thats that)

yea, yea, todays NBA postionless etc etc and switches happen alot. "he is a prototype NBA 4 in the modern game" etc etc. Look at him last year better on both ends as a 3. Keep watching him struggle and try to blame the players aroudn him when he is shooting <30 from 3 and from FT <45 FG as a PF..... He guards the 3s better than the 4s, too. He isnt a great rebounder so when you have him at the 4 we need a really elite 5 and 3 rebounding.

Play him at the 3 like i said and got criticized for early in the season.
