Pinched, compressed nerve is no joke. I.e TJ Ford.

Tj had a chronic condition and the nerve was in his spine, so it's probably not the same thing. Although I'm wildly speculating here since I have no clue.

No fracture/dislocation/tears. He'll be fine, might miss a few games still but he'll be fine. GOOD NEWS!

We'll be losing to Cavs anyways. They just did their annual"lets stink up a game and lose big just before we have two days off to have players only meeting and prepare for Raptors on national TV and play like its the damn playoffs all off a sudden" ritual.

Nah, the Raps will beat them this time even with Lowry out (although I wouldn't be surprised if he played). The next time they meet, however, will be a different story.

That was a horrible play call with 9sec left

No, it was fucking awful..Delon or FVV should  go to the lane then kick off to DeRozan or whomever....tic toc tic toc....lucky win for Raps given their defensive effort overall...[caseyiicopy_zps1a757078]

if this is just a back spasms it could last for a week for the spasms to weaken and another two weeks of recovery. I will be surprised to see him back in less than 3 weeks

I hope OG's confidence is not as fragile as Powell's. This inconsistency of minutes must be terrible for his rythm.
Casey deciding to play Miles over OG and we get beat by a 10 day contract players...

My take on tonight....Very well managed game ,but didn't  go as planned.

We won....An  all star player ingured....umm, spent a lot of energy on a game we should of won anyway, but shit happen's

Were a deep team that has gone through adversity ,and this week, will be a bigger barometer of what were made of.

That was painful to watch. Both Lowry's injury and DD's iso plays. It'll be interesting to see Delon as a starter...we might resort to more DD plays when we're in need of a basket...hopefully we keep moving the ball with Delon at the point.

I'm not sure what you mean.  Lowry had 11 assists and DeRozan had 6 (17 of the team's 19 assists).  As a team the Raps shot 42% from the field and 29% from 3pt land - I for one am grateful that the Raps have a top 5 scorer in the league to bail the team out of it's poor shooting night - haven't seen so many shots go in and out in quite awhile (even if 30% of those go in this game would have been a blow out).

I for one am hoping for a better shooting night from the rest of the team.

Fully agree.
Also...
1) Some regression at times is natural, a lot of it depends on the mood of the team
2) Some ISO ball is both natural and healthy at times

I don't know why so many Raptors fans are traumatized by ISO if it is some kind of highly contagious deadly virus.

Just loving the overall leadership. As much as they should have closed it out in regulation, they probably should have lost it in OT, but kept battling. Ibaka taking his place on this team as a leader is great to see.

Now hopefully they can pull off a win tonight. This month's games have been crazy good in their competitive nature. Hopefully that carries them through a tougher stretch now.
