I guess people are assuming Lowry is pissed at management for trading his best friend.

We don't know what's going on between KL and management. We will have to wait and see.

Lowry is a professional so I don't think he will be an issue.

Be ready if Lowry is disgruntled. Masai and Lowry have not talked since the trade to my knowledge.

Plus, I think he knows he's not here that much longer. I have to believe he knows he's probably gone within the next year. My guess is MU would prefer to keep him for Kawhi's season here before he is gone. Then he can move him.

Ya it's part of the business but ideally you want your top paid guys to feel "comfortable".

If Lowry feels like he's got an axe hanging over his head - he's an emotional guy and could lose the motivation to take a more active role or he might demand for a trade, which would hurt his trade value.

I’m in this camp right now until I hear otherwise.

I think this is an incredibly long stretch of a doom and gloom "what if".  Klow is a professional and he wants to win.  He almost left last time he was a FA but there were no teams able to give him the dollars and commitment that he wanted at this stage of his career.
