They also have some major bench/rotation reconstruction to do. Does pat still start? I guess not? They basically have Patterson, Felton and a bunch of guys who play in George/Anthony's position... They should trade roberson. He's only useful as a starter imo...

Westy, Roberson, George, Melo, Adams would work.  I think with Westy & PG playing so many minutes, one or the other or both at times can play with the 2nd unit - much like TO does with DDR/KL.  Would also provide more touches for the big guns.  Off the bench you can have Felton, Abrines, Grant, Patterson, Dakari  and of course any combo of PG, RW, Melo - Donovan should have a lot of fun.

I actually don't think the bench is an issue with 3 players that need so much of the ball to be effective.  That said, if DWade ends up there that'll eliminate the bench issues for sure imo, as now you have 4 HoF'ers running the 1st and 2nd units and all 4 wanting starter level (or more) minutes.

Westy is going to do everything in his power to take down Durant - I can not wait for the 1st time these teams meet.

Okc v warriors will be amazing! Shit, didn't think of that...

(warriors will win tho, their system will win even if the quality doesn't...)

Without wade, I still think bench will hurt them, at least some of the time, despite your sound logic and staggering of mins. You can't just go into every game expecting three players to carry you; sometimes a bench player or two breaking out is what wins you a game.

Anthony and bench against 2nd units could be productive in a lot of games tho...(tho good teams could just try and match and let their stronger bench win out...)

I mean, in playoffs, good teams' benches could shit on them...

That's fair though when I look at a potential playoff rotation - IF Wade did sign there - you have Westy, Wade, PG, Melo, Adams with Felton, Roberson, Patterson and Grant off the bench - I think that's a fairly solid 9 man playoff rotation.  They could seriously cause a stir in the west and put a scare into GS imho.  Would they beat GS?  Probably not but you never know.

OKC vs NYK

Cavs vs Celtics

These two matchups are season openers. Did the league know something we didn't?

Chicago 2nd rounder, well the bulls are gonna suck. Nice work by the Knicks. Roll out that big slow tank, let Kanter walk next season, and have a clean slate to work with next year. It's like a dream come true.
