Really bad on everyone involved.  Big suspensions coming.

NCAA/KU/Big12 should come down hard.  They were extremely lucky no fans were injured.  Imagine the lawsuit they would face if someone suffered serious injury in a situation like that.

And the fight escalated into the disability section. It's quite amazing that none of the spectators were hurt. The De Sousa kid from Kansas has already had off-the-court issues, and he probably should have stayed suspended (Kansas appealed it, which allowed him to be on the court). Now he'll likely be suspended for the rest of the season and maybe even face charges. He's lucky an assistant coach took the stool out of his hands before he could use it.

Since tsn and sportsnet are replaying last year's raps playoff games over the next few weeks, my buddy suggested the following for march madness.  I think it is brilliant.

CBS should do the same with the tourney. Best first/second round games this weekend, sweet 16 elite 8 next weekend. Go back to 1985 when they expanded to 64 teams. Could've had an online poll so fans vote for what they want to see.

I don't miss it one bit except in the morning when NBA is central to my waking up routing with cereals and coffee. Since the play was suspended I've been booting up as slowly and unreliably as Windows 95. Those of you that don't remember Windows 95, bless your young, gentle hearts.

We need a sports version of Netflix.  With old NCAA games, mcenroe-connors tennis matches, ali-frazier fights, celtics-Lakers games, vintage hockey games, etc all on it, on demand.  I'd pay a monthly fee to have a service like that, even if there wasn't a crisis right now.  Tell me that isn't a good revenue stream for all the rights holders of these old games?  What are they doing with those rights at the moment?
