7-1 with only 5 games left, that isn't bad at all.

Yeah, my 9-4 looks like a floor case at this point.

There will be only one West team we didn't face before January 1st : Minny !

that's a impressive start of the season !

i have concern about what's ahead for us. we say we had a really tough schedule, but we still haven't play the cavs, the bucks, the pistons, the heat, etc ...
against the other top 15 teams in the league, we are currently 7-7, not that great of a record against tough competition !

Raptors didn't make the schedule. All things considered, we played really good against really good teams and lost in a few close games. Had some bad ones, in Denver and first one vs Wizards, against Clippers, second half against Knicks and Pacers. Won a ton of games with Lowry and Norm in shooting slumps at the start of the season. Style change, culture resets plus natural ups and downs and a ton of miles traveled the team has done an amazing job so far.

We've also beaten some always tough teams like Utah and Portland, beaten NOP twice who might not be that good but are the weirdest team. Beaten Rockets in Houston. Destroyed few bad teams.

The key in the whole thing is...DDR and Lowry are playing significantly less minutes, team had a bunch of things to work on and improve and has done so. Remember the garbage 3rd quarter issues? Starters not playing well? Nobody but Miles hitting outside shots?

Still a lot of work, late game offense is still unproven against really good teams, bench needs to respond since it no longer has the surprise element but is scouted and prepared for, shooting can still get a lot better, a lot more consistent.

The team is in great position to continue and play well considering minutes and number of games remaining. There are no guarantees but there is still a ton of potential with the young guys and the vets still have another gear on both ends. Once the offense becomes fully fluid and both the starters and bench start playing well at the same time we might be in for something special.

But there will be ups and downs. Teams now have more and better data on Raptors, will prepare better and the better the record the harder it will be. However, as long as there is continued improvement this team will be really really tough to beat.

If remaining four games in December are all wins, OKC being the only real issues and potential schedule loss, we might be #1 in the standings. To have that kind of reach after all that has been going on, Boston's 16 game win streak, 14 road games against west...amazing.

11-3 for the month

So I believe 10-3 for this poll?
