Multiple levels of suck ass take(TM):
Like the Pacers, the Utah Jazz have already won. After losing Hayward they were mostly expected to end up in lottery. Instead, they drafted a better, the most potent star than they've had since Deron Williams while he was still good. And now, they've won 48 games, finished fifth in loaded West. and while Mitchell looks like the next superstar SG , he is still a rookie. and outside of his creativity they count on Joe Ingles and Ricky Rubio. That is not good. Their chance? Amazing defense. Proabably the best in the league when everyone is healthy.
On the other side, the underachieving OKC who finished 4th just like everyone expected but look horrible doing it. This is a professional team that will play much better now because it needs to. George in particular is known to turn it on in playoffs.
We'll get to see Russ vs Rubio, George vs Mitchell. Carmelo vs Ingles.
But all of that is boring.
All we really want to see is Adams vs Gobert. That is all that matters in this series as the winner gets to hop in Houston's wood-chipper for a quick blend.
Can go either way but OKC has more institutional inertia and heritage, so Thunder in 6 as Mitchell struggles with focused George and Brewer.
